• Working closely with senior management and stakeholders, Transition Architects align transition strategies with business objectives and IT strategies. They conduct thorough assessments of existing IT infrastructure, applications, and processes to identify dependencies, risks, and improvement opportunities. Collaborating with project managers, they assist in developing detailed transition plans, defining migration strategies, and sequencing activities across technical teams.

• Transition Architects research, evaluate, and recommend technologies to support transitions and integration solutions. They function as a bridge to ensure alignment and coordination across all business units, cross-functional teams, vendors, and other personnel involved in the project. Identifying potential risks, they oversee the execution of transition plans, monitor activities, and assist in resolving technical issues to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
